Field Trip to The Children's Museum

Today is field trip day for one of our 3 year old classes!  They will be spending their time exploring at The Woodlands Children's Museum.  Field trips are always exciting for the children, and this one in particular will be a day full of fun and of learning as well.  You can visit their website to learn more about the discoveries the children will be making their today!

Children celebrate Van Gogh's Birthday

Today is Van Gogh's birthday, and the children will be learning about some of his famous pieces of art, such as sunflowers!  We are very excited to be able to expose the children to artists such as this, enabling them to appreciate and begin the process of understanding artists and artwork from centuries ago, all while they have a fun day at school creating their own art work, mimicking that of Van Gogh's!

Spring Festival & Open House a Huge Success!

Our 2nd Annual Spring Festival & Open House was a huge success!  Thank you to all the families that attended, as well as to all the businesses that donated to our silent auction and raffles.  The Kona Ice truck came to our event, as well as the Giggle Bus & Play Ball.  The children really enjoyed getting their faces painted, playing carnival games, jumping in the big bouncy, eating popcorn and the delicious cotton candy that we served.  The parents really enjoyed our silent auction, and all of the classroom baskets that they were able to bid on, but enjoyed being able to spend quality time with their families most of all.  We look forward to another successful event next year!  Be sure to check out all of our photos at www.facebook.com/BrightonAcademy  

Auction & Raffle Items at our Spring Festival & Open House!

This is just one of the baskets each classroom is auctioning off this Saturday from 10-12 at our Spring Festival & Open House! Other auction items and raffles include a half day spa package at Bella Rinova, gift certificate to Spa at the Waterway, 12 week soccer package at Legends Sports Complex & many more!  

Kona Ice will be there with their delicious snow cones, and we will be serving free popcorn and cotton candy as well! The Giggle Bus & Play Ball will be there to participate in our festival, alongside all of our carnival games, cupcake walk & face painting. Everyone welcome to come & enjoy this great event!

Spring Festival Silent Auction

Spring Festival & Open house is just a week away from this Saturday on March 26th!  The silent auction includes free sitting fee & portrait from Studio One, Free week of camp at My Little Gym, FINS swim certificate, Summer membership at the YMCA, and much, much more! There will also be free raffles, carnival games & fun for the entire family.  Don't miss out, and be sure to bring your friends! 

Spring Festival & Open House-March 26, 2011

Our Spring Festival & Open House is only 2 weeks away!!!  We will have free raffles, including a tuition credit of $500.00, gift cards, enrollment fees waived and much, much more!  There will also be a cupcake walk, face painting, carnival games, bouncies, popcorn, cotton candy & a silent auction.  Mark you calendars and bring a friend to be entered into the raffles!  Everyone is Welcome!
